1957 CADILLAC I.D. CARD HOLDER

Hello, Can anyone tell me where this card holder is on a 1957 Cadillac .I must be looking right at it but i can not locate It . Thanks Bill

It is on the underside of the hood lip, not on the hood latch brace as shown in the Owner's Manual.  That was an old photo from 1956.
