i was assigned a user id and a password however it won't allow me acess to the web site to join

This site has nothing to do with the Professional Car Society, and therefore you will need to contact them for information about their site.

I'm sure if you Google "Professional Car Society" you will find that club and the person you need to contact to resolve your issue.  Do you own a professional car built on the Cadillac chassis ?

Short update:

At the time that I moved this post, an email was sent to the person who made the post advising this person that the post had been moved and why the post had been moved.  This email also contained a link to the Professional Car Society site.  An email expressing the poster’s thanks has been received.
