Steve-O,
Intructions for the dash pad removal could not be better explained then by what Willingtoncad has posted. Perfect description of what to expect. It is 4 screws and then two more small ones accessed through the glove box, just inside and up. Really a pretty easy thing and gives good access to the top of alot of what you cant reach from under. The clock removal is also no big deal, just a little challenging with the angles to remove it and install it. The knob to set the clock must come off through the front. It is just a small allen screw that you will then drop and lose on the dark carpet but keep looking and you will find it again and say "OK Ill put this in a safe place now". Once the dashtop panel is removed, you will see/feel the back center of the clock has a little blue plastic cap ontop of a nut. Remove the cap and uncrew that nut, (this is the nut that hold the blue palstic circut board sheet onto the back of the clock and to power it) GENTLY move the circut sheet out of the way. The clock body is being held in place by two more nuts. One top left and the other bottom right or vice versa. Once they are removed the clock body can come out. It is a real puzzle! twist, slide, rotate, slide, tiwst, angle, cuss a little, slide back, twist and so on until you figure it out. Installation is reverse. Believe me, you will only really want to replace this clock once so go through the effort to make sure the new one is in good shape. Once done you will also want to clean the inside windsheild of the face prints where you were straining to see what you where doing w your fingers. Good luck - Dudley
