Cannot Change Profile

I've been trying for weeks to change my profile and picture. All I keep getting is "URL cannot be retrieved" I wish they would speak english. What the heck does that mean, and why can I not change my profile after so many attempts??

John,

A URL is a Web site address (like www.cadillaclasalleclub.org).

What the message is trying to tell you is that the forum either cannot find the address you gave it or what was found at that address was not a photo.

Hi Jeff. To this day I still cannot edit my profile. I tried last night. Picture still blank, can't update car inventory. Also, last fall bought a new computer and it will not allow me to click on email links. Can't email people through CLC site!! John Morris.
