1956 Cadillac cylinder heads for a 365 available

I have a local lead on a good set of 1956 Cadillac 365 engine heads. Let me know if you are interested and how much they are worth to you
and I will proceed. I realize they are darn heavy so shipping is an issue but if you need them, you need them. I would expect you'd want them magnafluxed to insure their usability but the guy claims they are good (50k engine when parked). Anyway, let me know at 269-569-0718. Chuck

56 caddyused 2 different type heads --early ones  that had over 50 % cracking  prplems and laterones -which the changes reduced cracking problem,
i  would fell magnafluxing  should be manadatory alone with the casting number

I think I read you saying that Magnafluxing should be manditory before purchasing them. I agree, which is why I didn't buy them outright. If somebody has an interest in these, I can go to bat for the interested party locally and strike a deal with the seller. When I needed one of these heads that wasn't cracked, I remembered it was like trying to find hen's teeth so that's why I was kind of excited to find a pair of these around here.  Chuck

what casting numbers are on these heads. Am going to a old bone yard, latter this month. Can look and see what they have. I  might have a set here. Would trade for some 331 heads.

Well, this post can now officially come to an end. Apparently, the guy magnafluxed the heads and found them to be junk. So, call the dogs off. Back to looking!
