I do not see the need to go through the trouble and expense to convert your non-AC car to the AC car radiator, fan, and shroud. Your car should not need that extra cooling capacity if the system is in proper working condition. Cadillac engineers did not see a need for it either. If you are having a cooling problem then remedying that should be more than sufficient. Your system, as designed, with a 180 degree thermostat, should do just fine, even in a parade. If not there is a problem somewhere in the system. As mentioned, you could put the 7 blade fan on without going through the other changes and that alone will give a little extra air flow.
Just my view, it is your car and you can do with it as you see fit.
