Hello all. I dont know if I am braggin or complanin, but here is my list:
1929 Model A Tudor Sedan owned since high school (1965). Its gone to heck but I might try to bring it back to life.
1936 LaSalle 5077 coupe: Cant afford a Caddy yet. This one is a keeper, like my wife.
1946 Chevy 1/2 ton pick-up: Hot rod project but with a 57 Chevy "6"
1948 Chevy Areo sedan: unfinished hot rod. (so why am I starting another one with the truck?)
1972 Scout II: enough rust for two cars, runs great but cant be put on the road. Doodle Bug? (see below)
1995 Dodge 1500 pick-up: 220,000 mile work truck with more to go
1999 Ford Tempo: my wife loves the car and wishes that they still made them.
one 29 Model A doodle bug
one 47 Chevy doodle bug
one 39 Chevy doodle bug in the making
Had a Fordson N but traded it before my heart gave out cranking it
Wow! seeing a list of my stuff makes me glad to price of scrap is up.
Regards, Jim

Hi all,

First post from a short-time lurker.

My fleet as it currently stands:

66 Fleetwood Brougham ("Francine")-my second Cadillac.  Ive had her for about 5 years now and shes not going anywhere.

94 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon ("Dagwood)-purchased to replace a wrecked 92 Custom Cruiser that was originally supposed to be a parts chaser for the 66 Cad.  The Olds made me fall in love with B-body wagons and I sold my daily driver Taurus to use the wagon exclusively.

95 Buick Roadmaster sedan ("Blondie")-Bought to replace a 90 Brougham dElegance I had when I got married.  The Brougham had 49K original miles and was too damn nice to use as a daily driver but my wife needed a car so I let her have the wagon and bought the sedan to drive daily.

1970 68367 DeVille Convertible - San Mateo Red/Tan Top/Tan leather interior - 52,900 miles original
1979 6S69 Seville ex-Diesel gas/carb conversion - grey metallic/black/black - mileage unknown but low.

non-Cadillac:
1966 SAAB 96 Monte Carlo 850, 59,100 original miles - green, near perfect original
1971 SAAB 95V4 station wagon, 250k or so and climbing, doing some rust repair
1978 SAAB 95V4 station wagon, one of the last, 130k kilometers, originally owned by SAABs 2nd CEO in Sweden -  waiting for TLC
2000 Mazda Miata Special Edition, 58,000 miles
1989 Chevy 20 van, tow vehicle for the business.

I might sell the 70 DVC in the springtime if I find a suitably similar show-driver early-mid 1950s Series 61/62/Coupe/Fleetwood. Anyone want to trade? The DVC is good enough to have taken 2nd in class at the Potomac Region spring meet last year. New front end, radiator, timing chain, water pump, tires & lots of miscellany et.c. et.c. mailto:chip@wmsbrg.com

I have 2 caddys right now, a 69 deville convertible that is my daily driver that has a custom crushed velvet interior and twin 12" subs in the trunk. I also scored a 58 Eldo Seville from a friend of mine at college. It was her fathers car until he was tragicly killed in a car accident 10 years ago. Her mother told me she knew the car was valuable, but wanted to give me a good price because I was a friend of her daughters. She sold it to me for $5,000, what she paid for it in 1978. Every single piece is there from the batwing air cleaner to the autronic eye and factory A/C. It runs beautifully, and even the paint is good. In the summer Im going to enter it in car shows and try to get some trophys under my belt. I also have a 71 Mustang that was my show car, but after having the third straight thing break on it Im thinking of selling it. I bought it for $900 before I got my liscence and have been working on it since then. It is worth around $15,000 now, but I think its run its course with me. I also got a 89 Grand Wagoneer cause hey, who doesnt love the old woodies? I load up 3 of my buddies, couple cases of beer, and hit the road for a road trip to no where in particular.  Not a bad collection for a 20 year old in College eh?
