Who makes VIN tag repro for 1958

My 58 Eldorado Biarritz has the vin # on the frame and engine but is missing the one on the door post. Must have been omitted after a repaint. Is there anyone that reproduces that one. Some pictures I have seen makes them look plastic with 2 screws. Thanks

I cannot help with the replacement you are looking for. It is called a lube tag. You are correct it is plastic and held on with 2 screws.
