I am installing a set of front seat belts in my 55 Coupe DeVille. I have the 50s/60s style chrome flip type buckle. When dealers installed them, did they mount the flip release to the inside of the seat or toward the door side. My memory and instinct says the flip release mounted inboard and the flat part on the door side.
